Repetitive precision assembly and machine loading where the station does not move
NEW · DSROBOT
For seven years DSTEK’s AI vision has been finding defects on production lines. Now it has two arms. DSROBOT is an industrial embodied-AI robot that sees, judges, and then picks, moves and assembles for itself.

Before a robot can take on work in a factory it has to see properly. It must know where a part is before it grips it, and whether the part is good before it passes it on. DSTEK has spent seven years refining exactly that eye and that judgement on volume lines.
DS-ClearSight optics with Handdle AI inspect reflective, transparent and low-texture parts. Vision defect detection reaches 1 μm, depending on the optical configuration.
Industrial vision models trained across 15,000+ production lines in over 30 countries back the robot’s perception and pass/fail decisions.
Dual 7-DOF arms with force and compliance control target sub-millimetre assembly. Grippers, three-finger or five-finger hands are matched to the process.

Platform figures
Platform values published by DSTEK headquarters. The configuration and conditions for each model are confirmed after reviewing the target process.
HQ-published values, subject to change as development continues. The 1 μm figure is vision defect-detection precision, not the robot’s repeat positioning accuracy.
Core capabilities
One unit switches between inspection, transfer and patrol tasks, and slots into the existing takt time without rebuilding the line.
DS-TriStack combines VLA, reinforcement learning and HanddlePolicy to split task understanding, motion adaptation and precise execution — and keeps improving on site data.
The robot inspects with DS-ClearSight optics and Handdle AI while it handles the part, so handling, inspection and judgement happen in one motion.
10 kg per arm and 20 kg with both arms covers line loading and unloading, heavy transfer and force-controlled assembly.
Force-based collision detection plus safety fencing gives two layers of protection. Secondary development and OTA upgrades extend the robot over time.
Modular hardware and software shorten line integration, designed together with DSTEK’s inspection equipment and automation SI.
Applications
The first targets are tasks that fixed automation never handled well, and high-mix work that changes too often to justify a dedicated machine.
