Founded in 2019, DSTEK has commercialised industrial AI vision inspection at scale, developing its deep-learning algorithms, optics and inspection equipment in-house. It is a designated "little giant" specialised and innovative enterprise and a National High-Tech Enterprise.
Built on machine vision and deep-learning algorithms, DSTEK supplies a standardized AI vision inspection software platform, 2D/2.5D/3D imaging systems, AI smart cameras and AVI inspection equipment. Combined with an edge-cloud data analysis system and an industrial vision foundation model, this forms a closed-loop quality intelligence agent spanning defect detection, root-cause analysis, process optimisation and autonomous decision-making.
DSTEK operates across more than 30 countries in North America, Europe, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia, with over 15,000 intelligent inspection lines delivered. Six funding rounds have taken the company through Series D, and it has filed over 100 intellectual property applications, with 25 invention patents granted.
In 2026 DSTEK launched DSROBOT, its industrial humanoid. It uses the AI vision refined on production lines over seven years as its eyes and judgement, then picks, moves and assembles with two arms. Four bodies — the fixed MATE, wheeled UNI, folding-waist FLEX and lift-type CARRY — take on inspection loading and unloading, precision assembly and line-to-line transfer.
