Founder Han Xu named to Fortune China’s 2026 list of the 40 most promising business leaders under 40

On 22 September 2026 Fortune China published the 2026 edition of its China 40 Under 40 business rankings, now in their sixteenth year. This year’s theme was turning technology narratives into commercial reality.

The rankings comprise a main list of 40 entrepreneurs who have already commercialised at scale, and a list of the 40 most promising (最具潜力) business leaders. DSTEK founder Han Xu was named to the most-promising list, in the artificial-intelligence category.

AI proven on the production line

A graduate of Seoul National University, Han Xu was an early member of the machine-vision company SUALAB, where he led its China business, before founding DSTEK in Suzhou in 2019. DSTEK has since grown from deep-learning inspection software into in-house optics, inspection machines and line automation.

This year the company launched the DSROBOT range of industrial embodied-AI robots, carrying seven years of vision-inspection capability from seeing and judging into handling and assembling.

DSTEK solutions run on more than 15,000 production lines in over 30 countries, including at more than 100 Fortune 500 companies.
