Letter of commendation from EVE Energy for a cylindrical lithium battery project
EVE Energy, a DSTEK customer since 2022, formally commended the DSTEK team’s collaboration and delivery throughout a cylindrical lithium battery project.
DSTEK has received an official letter of commendation from the global lithium battery maker EVE Energy. The letter recognises the close collaboration and problem-solving the DSTEK team brought to every stage of bringing a cylindrical lithium battery project onto the line.
A partnership since 2022
The two companies began working together in 2022. DSTEK has supplied full-line vision inspection for EVE Energy plants in Huizhou, Jingmen, Nantong, Qujing, Shenyang, Malaysia and Budapest.
Inspection across the whole battery process
- Cell formats — prismatic, pouch, energy storage, 18650 cylindrical and 4680 large cylindrical
- Process — incoming material, electrode manufacturing, cells, and module/PACK assembly
- Method — pixel-level defect segmentation algorithms with purpose-designed optics
Each project has a dedicated technical team covering solution design, equipment delivery, on-site commissioning, and ongoing algorithm improvement and maintenance.
